New affordable Android smartphone
has been launched by Intex in the Indian market , Aqua i4+. It is
priced at Rs 7,600. This smartphone from Intex has a 5-inch FWVGA
(854×480 pixel) resolution display and it is powered by a 1.2GHz
dual-core processor which comes with 512MB of RAM. It does seem a little underpowered when compared to the 1.3GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM on the Micromax Canvas A77.
The Intex Aqua i4+ further includes an 8 megapixel rear camera with autofocus and flash along with a secondary front facing 1.3 megapixel camera. This is where the smartphone wins in its battle against the competitor from Micromax .The device is equipped with 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The company has also mentioned that it will support OTA updates.
